Big Farmer Foods started up in 2023, initially a food cart selling smash burgers in Marlborough.

A cold smoking addiction resulted in a variety of home based experiments including wild game jerkys, homemade cold smoked bacon and cheeses and eventually cold smoked dry seasonings.
